countertops, wine chiller, and coffee maker. Enjoy the
sunrise in the morning from the private oceanfront deck. A
washer and dryer are also on this level.
The entire third level (the main level) of the home features
luxurious ceramic tile floors throughout. The great room
has plenty of seating for watching the flat screen plasma
TV. While some are enjoying a movie from the DVD library,
others can be playing a game of chess at the game table.
Not a chess player? There’s still plenty to do. Rack them
up at the pool table also located on this level. This great
room also features a wet bar with granite countertop and
wine chiller. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a
queen size bed with a trundle and a full bath.
The well-appointed kitchen on this level is fit for any
gourmet chef. With a separate island and bar area, both

sets of bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a full size bed on the
bottom and a twin on top. Each room also has a trundle.
Going to the beach or relaxing in the hot tub? Exit this
level onto the deck with the hot tub or continue on to the
beach. There is a half bath located on this level for quick
use of the facilities. Another washer/dryer area is on this
level. There are two dryers for quick drying of beach
towels. Each bedroom in this home has a TV with DVD and/or
VCR.
The bottom level features a two-car garage and game room.
Play Air-Hokey or watch your favorite movie in the game room
or even play a game on the game cube during a break from the
beach. Better yet, take a dip in the private heated pool,
heated at your request during the off season. This pool is
like no other on the island. Large to accommodate many
